1. Permitted Use

ImageFinch provides browser-based utilities for optimizing, resizing, converting, and editing graphics. You are free to use these tools for both personal and commercial projects without licensing fees.

2. Local Browser Processing

Because all processing executes natively on your hardware, performance and memory usage depend upon your device’s browser and operating system capabilities. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or maliciously overload client scripts.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

ImageFinch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We recommend always keeping a local backup of your original photos before performing any conversions.

4. Your Images and Results

You are responsible for having permission to process and use your images. The tools do not claim ownership of them. Check downloaded results before publishing or submitting them, and keep original files. Local browser History may retain results after you close the tab; the privacy policy explains its retention and deletion controls.
